Nicole Michaud was born in New Hampshire, and​​ lives and works in Philadelphia.  Her work is greatly influenced by color, memory, pattern, natural forms, and personal experience. 

Nicole holds a Certificate of Fine Art from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and received the Women’s Board Travel Scholarship during her studies at PAFA, for travel to Europe to study paintings abroad.  She has exhibited in the Philadelphia area since 2004 and New York since 2014.
